Sodium salts from the Salsomaggiore Spa salso-bromo-iodic waters, rich in sodium chloride, iodide, bromide, with many trace elements; just like the Salsomaggiore Spa waters, their anti-inflammatory and anti-oedematous action is  effective in cellulite pathologies, thanks to the osmotic effect, and they release minerals for the restructuring of tissues.

For an anti-cellulite thermal bath  or for its follow-up at home, the salts in the pack (at least 1000 g) should be dissolved in the bath water at a temperature of around 37 ° -38 ° C. Immerse yourself  for at least 15- 20 minutes.

The treatment involves 6 to 8 baths at a distance of 3 or 4 days between each one. The cycle should be repeated as needed according to the symptons. Use a Jacuzzi to maximise treatment.

For a simple bath of wellbeing, 500 g of thermal salts enhanced with  Aromatic Thermal Bath Oil is the perfect dose in a Jacuzzi ; lower quantities of salt do not give the benefits described above.
